1st coat of Behr semi transparent stain on my clear cedar siding literally rinsed off over winter. I would guess at least 20-30% of the finish was gone. They came back reapplied paint so heavy it appeared as tho it had been painted, not stained. Really ugly siding on my home now that it's been a few years.
Our beach cottage takes a beating from the wind and salt air. The hard working Dutch Paints team has it looking like new. Extra effort was made to first pressure wash not only house, but also deck and wooden planter boxes, and extra attention was given to the quality of base paint applied to trim. Bonus: The job was completed and cleaned up on time. I highly recommend Dutch Paints.
