Was in the area for a wedding and family time. Went strolling through town and came across this wonderful place. The ladies working there made it even better.
Large helpings. Better be hungry. Great service.
Had the raisin bread sandwich, with red cabbage and slit pea... delish!! The warmed red cabbage was amazing! I could've had a huge serving alone and been happy! Soup is on point and tasty,and the sandwich hit the spot! So glad I made this part of my visit.

Really good coffee, pastries and breakfast, recently there with my mom, sister and my sister's grandkids from Oklahoma, they loved it!
Visiting Lynden from Canada for the day, we had lunch here. It's a very clean, interesting restaurant and menu with Dutch-inspired mementoes and food choices. The servings were very generous and the food was home-cooked and delicious. My extraordinary piece of raspberry pie, almost too beautiful to eat, was so good, the berries so fresh, the flavour so intense, I couldn't stop exclaiming about it with every mouthful. Divine! Everyone was very friendly and the service was excellent. Thanks, Dutch Mother's! We love you!
We recently had a rehearsal dinner there for our sons wedding. We also had breakfast there several times during our stay in lynden. We loved the food and the staff was ALL very friendly and efficient. We had some food allergies in our family and the staff went over and above to accommodate them. Thank you so much Debbie and all the staff!! We also liked Lynden , it was a fun place to visit and have a double wedding! !
