I have had an absolute terrible experience with Dutch Miller Kia. In Nov of 2021 I returned my Kia Optima and leased a Kia Sorento. Dutch Miller Kia mailed the "pay off" check for the optima to KIA FINANCE (THE ONLY LENDER THEY ALLOW YOU TO USE FOR LEASING aka YOU HAVE NO OPTION). Kia Finance lost the check and held me financially responsible for the Kia Optima (that I had returned to Kia in Mint Condition after successfully completing my lease) for months and utlimately turned me into the credit bureau for non/late payment ... read more
The whole experience was crap at best. The best part is they tried to sell me a used car with bad brakes. Had an agreement they’d fix it. Made the appt and when I went in they had no clue what I was talking about. After having to explain 100 times I then had to get the sales rep. Now some time later, after being told I got new rotors, brakes - everything done on my brakes - I was only given brake pads and nothing more. I brought my 2022 Kia Telluride to Dutch Miller body shop and yes it got fixed and I was pleased with the body work but I was not pleased on the mess they left inside my car. Sanding dust everywhere inside my Telluride and I called them and this is what they said to me. I am sorry this happened to you it's supposed to be detailed and I am guessing it was not. I would never recommend this place.. Don't ever expect anyone to be fair about a price on a vehicle. They completely took advantage of me. Charles does not know how to answer questions so don't talk to him. And apparently when I told the finance manager I didn't want gap insurance. I purchased a 2023 Kia Sportage from them last month. I am very particular about my credit to the point where I had it locked. The salesperson had to come out and ask me to unlock it. They pulled my credit 3 times without my knowledge. If I would have been made aware that they were going to pull my credit 3 times I would have left and came back with my own financing as I did not need this vehicle and instead it was a want. I bought a car a week ago and and Sales department needs work, they need to slow down and explain what the car offers (luggage cover not included) the¹y told me car was AWD and it wasn't ( My fault I did not check) and explain the in's and outs of the deal (local laws). I was first time buyer in the state. I got blind sided by tag fees when I went to pick up the second key. I do not regret buying the car.
