Scheduled an appointment because the backup camera in our 2023 quit for the second time. Get over there and they said nobody put down that we had an appointment. Went elsewhere.
Great service center. They fixed 2 recalls on my KIA in about an hour. They even looked it over for any other repairs that might be needed, at no extra charge. Loved the experience.
10/10 experience. Ask for Trevor Patton or Nick ! They made it so seamless and bought sight unseen out of state ! Thank you both for making it an easy process !
This places from sales to internet people ain’t very good. Very dissatisfied. Very pushy to get you in there and run your credit.
A horrible place. They took advantage of two younger people, sold them a piece of junk that has been in Kias garage more than them being able to drive it. They expect people to drop their vehicles there to sit for months, not caring if they have a job to go to and that being their only way to and from places. They charge a big fee before they even look at it, warranty or not. They won't supply a rental until they "look" at it.
