This company sold us a 2019 jeep Cherokee and it has been trouble from day one. The mechanics there are not knowledgeable about the job they're doing and administrative staff do nothing but give you the run around. I do not recommend anyone buying their worthless service plan or even doing business with them. They aren't even BBB accredited. That speaks volumes. Wish I had known this before I spent any money on that no good place.

Purchase was July of 2022. ******** ******(customer/co-borrower) stated that the vehicle drove fine for the first few months and then it started having alignment issues. After driving a vehicle for a few months, driving habits paired with local road conditions could certainly have an impact on the alignment. We did one alignment where we charged the customer and then two more not charged to the customer, one of which where we sent the vehicle to a Jeep dealership and we provided a loaner at our expense for a week. Worst dealership in the area. They have had my car for over 5 months for a check engine light. This place doesn’t know what customer service is. Don’t waste your time or money at this place.

Unfortunately, there have been delays with respect to shipment of the parts to Dutch Miller Chevrolet that are necessary for resolution of the issues that caused the check engine light to illuminate. It’s the worst place I ever done business, my car drank oil and they would not fix it, 2 1/2 quarts in 3000 miles and 5 quarts in 5000 but they say that meets there standards, I gave bad review and was threatened by manager that it would be at my best interest to change my review and I did but it didn’t help any, then he tried to said my insurance wasn’t no good but it states you can change your oil at home if you keep records and receipts and I did. Unfortunately, the manufacturer would not cover the engine as it was not consuming enough oil. Even though the customer did his own maintenance, this was not why the declined coverage even though it is recommended in the owners manual to have a certified technician service the vehicle. My daughter and myself went to Dutch Miller Chevrolet in Huntington, Wv.. We went there to look at a 2022 Equinox that was listed for $29,985.00. The salesman showed us the car. It was filthy and already had 10,000 miles on it. We were looking for a brand new one. The salesman said he would check and see what else they had. He brought us another 2022 Equinox to look at.
