Called this company to come out and service my appliance. When he/the owner came he barely acknowledged me; kept looking to my husband for instruction and feedback which annoyed me greatly, as my husband knew nothing of the call or why he was even there. He had an arrogant attitude which I would have dismissed if he had serviced my appliance as I was wanting. Had a problem with my Maytag dryer and took it to Dutch's...they got it to work, but it failed again after approx. 7 dryer loads(and $125.00), when I took the part they had replaced back, they said it was good but another part was bad now, so I replaced that, but it turned out that that old part was actually good...so I took the part back that they sold me for $45.00, and they told me that they couldn't take back parts and there was nothing they were going to do about it....long story short, Dutch's is a money trap....don't ... read more

Dutch Maytag – I had a problem with my dryer. I called out dutch maytag in Paso Robles. The service man came to my house. He said it was the timer, He would call me in the morning to let me know how much the part was. no call. So two days later I call them. They say I need a serial number. Dont you think the service man would have gotten the number before he left. He did know I needed a part. I guess that $75.00 I paid him was for the pleasure of seeing him.
