Horrible experience and flowers. I sent my friend a $150 bouquet for her birthday as I was told this was a better florist in the area. After two days, the flower wilted and were dead by day three. I have the photos to prove it. They refused to compensate me any other way but to send her another bouquet. A week went by and THEY NEVER SENT HER ONE nor responded to my emails. Staff so rude. I send flowers often. WORST EXPERIENCE!!!

This place is absolutely amazing! The staff of floral designers is top tier and all of their products are high quality. They're floral arrangements are so beautiful and sophisticated.
Perfect floral designs and fantastic floral team. Paula has a wonderful taste and finds the best products for her clients. I adored practically everything she has in her store. Fresh flowers... A great asset to @Belvedere Square Baltimore.
