I read an article in Food & Wine about Dutch & Co and added it to my must-eat list in Richmond. Last night was my opportunity and was worth the wait. I dined with a friend who is vegan and the chefs accommodated her with creativity. The menu is well balanced with flavors and textures. You can't seem to go wrong with any choice you make.
