I dropped off my suit, jacket and pants. They cleaned the jacket but lost the pants. I realized when I got home and they repeatedly denied that they lost it, they claimed it was in the bundle of clothes which it clearly wasn’t. Worse of all they were really nasty about it. Be careful using them
Been using for 5+ years. Great service and friendly team. Always experienced great service - dry cleaning, laundry or tailoring.
