My mother and I have been using their tailor services for years and have always had a pleasant experience. However, during our last encounter, we were shaken up by the very high increase in prices for simple alterations of clothing items. Luckily, we were able to locate a new tailor that does a wonderful job for 1/4th the price of what we were being charged at Dutch Cleaners. It's a shame that their prices have risen excessively.
