I always order on line. The app tells me when to expect it to be ready. I order 10 minutes before I leave my house. I get there and I always have to wait an additional 10-15 minutes. Then my coffee is rarely hot. they also don’t give refunds when you ask for one.
Average line is 20-40 min, not sure if they are short staffed but for example today, I have been in line for 30 min. No one has come outside to take orders, they are taking orders by window only. Out of all the Dutch bros in the valley, the best is in San Juan, they are friendly and fast!
It was the best but once Katelynn left it sucks! Customer service is not what it used to be.
Really disappointed with the service this morning. Dutch bros is my go to option for coffee and I stop by every other day for my morning fix. This morning I was in line for 20+ minutes before I finally got attended. On top of the fact that I was late to work, I couldn’t leave the premises due to the cars in front me not moving because of the slow service. This is not the first time this happened either, I really dislike leaving negative reviews but after multiple similar incidents I’m left with no choice.
