Okay, I’ve been to Dutch Bros a few times now and I have to say… the vibes here are unmatched. Let's just say this morning was 😊 Yes, the coffee is good—but the PEOPLE?? Next level. 💯 Every time I pull up, I’m greeted by the most upbeat, genuinely kind employees. It never feels fake or forced either, which is rare. Customer service is good, but when I receive my drinks, it was mainly whipped cream as showed in the picture then called into Dutch Bros 1 800 number The lady that answered was rude, and only reimburse me for one medium drink and then hung up on me
First time customer. Pulled up for drive thru at around 930pm. The posted menu stations several feet from the windows are not for orders. Pulled up to the window, server was very pleasant, very nice, I explained it was our first time and we picked items on the menu online not on the menu board and if we could order the two items, "Of course you can."
