It was my first time at a Dutch Bros and I'll definitely be back! I stopped at the Lewisville location this afternoon. Surprisingly, they had more than just coffee! I wasn't sure how to order and wanted to ask questions... Thankfully, the staff was awesome - they took the time to run through the details of my order, sweetness ranges, and even told me about the app, rewards, and how customizing works. Update June 2026- Back in town… The person who made my Americano this morning, simply awesome! Right as I had requested to the tee. I continue to be amazed with the service and attention to detail by staff at this location! Update Feb 19th 9:45 AM I am back in town and continue to be impressed by staff at this location.
