Terrible service, i asked if i can change my cold pumpkin to hot (since they can do that at starbucks), they told me i need to repay for it.. Bet i’m better at starbucks then
Asked for my drink with no ice. They made my drink with ice. When I asked for my drink to be remade, they wanted to charge me again for my drink. So disappointed. Sticking to Starbucks from now on.
