I’m a big fan of Dutch Bros and my favorite drink is there, so I was genuinely excited when a location opened in our area. However, I’ve consistently had a frustrating experience at this specific spot. While the staff are friendly and clearly doing their best, most of them seem very young and inexperienced—likely in their first jobs—which leads to frequent errors and inconsistencies.
