Love coming to this location! The staff are always great, orders are always perfect, and my dog loves getting his Pup Cups here. Never had a bad time no matter the weather or wait.
Very great short fast experience, customer service was amazing! This morning on June seventh, the lady greeting people outside for orders was very sweet and kind! I got to the window and was greeted immediately and drink was made at a fast pace!
I love the drinks and I always love how kind everyone is and how hard they work, however, I’ve never known a business to not have a way for customers to contact the store directly. I ordered to the wrong store and was wanting my money back. There is no way to contact a store, it only take you to the company HR automated voice system that offers no help. I feel like their drinks are weaker than say 7 brew or Starbucks, it the staff is always friendly and helpful at the two I've visited.
I love this Dutch Bros! The customer service is absolutely amazing!! They truly go above and beyond treating customers like family Yes, the drinks are always exceptional but it's truly the customer service and staff that make this location amazing!
