Love Dutch bros and love the drinks but the service at this new location is very sub par compared to those I’ve been to in other areas like Colorado. Drive thru line is setup poorly and traffic backs up, walk up window not prioritized evenly with drive thru, team spends more time singing than making drinks. It’s actually very unfortunate cause I love everything about Dutch bros I would franchise if they allowed it, just disappointed in this locations services across multiple visits.
Been going to Dutch bros in Arizona and Oklahoma for years and was so excited when they came to noblesville and honestly it’s ridiculous how long they take. There were 9 cars when I pulled up and it took over an hour and your literally pinned in the drive through. I am aware of things taking time but an hour in any drive through is crazy. They need to figure out how to speed it up. This is a consistent issue with this location that others don’t experience at this level. Usually don’t post reviews but waited 40 min in line for one coffee…
I am in from out of state and was so excited to see a Dutch Bros had been established here. However, I was 20 minutes late to my morning meetings because the wait for a single coffee was 45 minutes, when the other locations around the country take MAYBE 10 minutes for the same amount of customers! What the…? Will NOT be returning for the rest of my trip or when I come back to the area.
