The wait was so long! I’m not happy with the service I received. The one located in Merriville was way better.
I’ve been coming here since it opened and come here multiple times a week, I love this place. I stopped by tonight and the employee at the window asked to take my order and then proceeded to look me up and down multiple times. I stopped mid sentence and decided to leave. I won’t be back.
I really want to like this place more, to the point I’ve legitimately given it three chances. But each time, I asked for cold brew with a “small splash” of milk and received a drink that was at least 50% half-and-half. Considering I’m paying $5 for a cold brew that is immediately made undrinkable, there are plenty of other places in Hamilton County and I don’t believe I’ll be returning. To be fair, the staff was very friendly and approachable.
This is by far the worst run coffee shop in America. I’ve given it multiple chances but when there is only 6 cars in line and it takes over half an hour to get a coffee it’s a complete joke. It’s been open long enough where they should have a process down but they don’t.
This location and some of the staff members are terrible. Ive been to this location so many times giving them chance after chance and now it feels personal. Numerous drinks messed up, add ons paid for not added; one time Im being handed a drink and it's just slowly leaking out the bottom spilling all over me and the car. Im just thinking can't be this many hiccups with me and this location.
