Shoutout to Elijah! He truly went above and beyond. I know Dutch Bros prides itself on being personable and creating a great experience for customers, and Elijah embodied that perfectly. I’m in the service industry myself, so I really appreciate exceptional customer service when I see it. I was genuinely impressed by his kindness, attentiveness, and the way he went the extra mile. Employees like Elijah are what make an experience memorable!
