I just had one of the best experiences at this Dutch bros, the staff are always friendly but today there was a tall gentleman who was just beyond pleasant, he came out and took my order and instead of making me wait to get to the window to get my drink he ran it out to me, and I asked for a different straw because I got the blue lagoon rebel and the strawberries get stuck in the regular straw, and he ran back inside and got all three colors and brought them out with a huge smile on his face and asked me what color I wanted. ... read more
Coffee was great but after was unbelievably unprofessional, I got my coffee and a message saying to come get it afterwards way later than when I actually picked it up, then I got another message saying "I HOPE YOUR SHIT TASTED GOOD MY MAN HAVE A GREAT NIGHT" I dont know what you need to be smoking to act like that but this is very unprofessional and definitely not going to be returning to this location
I love dutch bros. My favorite coffee place of all time.
