This location is my go to as it’s my closest. My drinks always taste great and all crew members are kind and friendly no matter what time of day! Only downside was inability to get my 3 Bucks for kids stickers bc barista wasn’t sure where they were at opening this morning. Since I do love a good cause I went to a nearby which happened to be under same ownership and was able to get a sticker with my drink purchase there to add to my collection!
I ordered a small drink and the new worker in training which took my order charged my card for a medium. I then was met with a moody female lead who initially came to my car with attitude asking “what’s the big deal?” I then proceeded to explain the situation that just occurred. She then went on to explain that “because the employee is new, he was not at fault for the mistake”. I got in love with Blend camping freeze coffee since the first time I tasted! The personal is very friendly and efficient . I do recommend it! 🥰
Manager kept her chill despite the miscommunication in my order, espresso added to classic frozen drinks vs a carburetor/hand-blended drink. But I guess that's why people stick to the locations where everyone knows them because they already know you mean hand blended, not classic slushy freeze, and so they always make it the way you like it and when you go to a different location, stuff like today happens. Is what it is.
Shoutout to Ryleigh who took our order! :) she was so sweet very quick with taking our order and We loved our drinks! I ordered a sandcastle mocha with soft top it was delicious. The guy who made our drinks made them a 10/10! However, the service at the window was not how I expected it to be. She asked us if we wanted straws then turned away for about 5 minutes. I wanted to ask her about her favorite drinks here and what else she recommends, but I didn’t even get the chance to :( !
