Spent 15 minutes in line. The gentleman who took my order was great . Got to the window. My order was wrong. I was not offered the merch that dropped today or even told that they were out.. no toppers, no stickers. I take a couple sips of my drink and noticed that my light ice… is a cup full of ice. Unhappy with this trip.
James i believe hes name is cant quite remember but was there when he first started shy boy like everyone on there first day of there job ! With months passed i can defitnely say he has improved alot great customer service!
