I went to Dutch Bros today, and it seemed like they were short-staffed since there were only four people working, while the line was extremely long for both walk-up and drive-thru customers. Bailey, Kayden, Anahi, and Josiah remained composed, demure, and professional throughout. I know I would have probably felt frustrated and needed a break in that situation. Huge props to Bailey for maintaining her smile and being friendly, especially since she was handling the drive-thru on her own.
Drinks are great but ordering ahead is TERRIBLE!!!! Now when I order ahead it’s never ready. They put you top of queue only when you notify them you have an online order. This change recent apparently and sucks. Why should I order ahead of time if someone that just ordered at pickup window can get order before mine?
