I absolutely love Dutch Bros! Every time I go, the staff is friendly and genuinely makes my day better. The energy is always upbeat, and they go out of their way to make sure your drink is perfect. They even help me decide what drink to try and recommend flavor combinations when I can’t decide. My drinks are always made right and you can tell they care about quality and consistency. Worst experience ever! I ordered a drink for my wife before closing but realized it was the wrong drink by the time I got it home to her. It was too late to take it back so I saved the drink for the next day. I drove up to the drive-through the following day where they have the double line going. They need to do a better job keeping track what order the cars show up since the car in front of me was distracted and kept letting cars in front of us from the other line. I have been coming to this particular Dutch Bros for over 1 year now. I switched over from a well known coffee chain and I have not looked back. There are so many options to create drinks: coffee, shakes, blended freezes, soft top, drizzles, whipped cream, boba, etc. I could go on and on; you can definitely make it your way every time.
