They tried charging us twice and the guy told the woman at the window that we paid but she kept insisting we didn’t pay. We showed our bank charge and they said oh you're fine today. Fine today? what does that even mean?

Have issues with a drink from another state I chat with customer service I was told I could go to any other closest Dutch Bros to where I am just have it remade when I went to this location. I was told no because they get scammed a lot. I did not have the bad drinks with me. I did not have I receipt because I did not get one when I went through the locations that I’ve ever gone to really give anyone a receipt. overall was just a very bad experience
There are lots of great employees at this location, but I had bad instances with 2 different male employees. They acted rude and condescending, like I was an inconvenience to them. Won’t be back at this location. 😥
