I’ve been to quite a few Dutch Bro coffee shops in the Clarksville area, but this one truly stands out—and it’s not just because of the coffee (which is always consistently great) or the food (always fresh and on point). This Dutch Bros gave me such a great experience this morning. I accidentally ordered from the wrong location in the mobile app, and even though that was completely my mistake, the staff took care of it right away. There was also a mix-up with my drink being made iced instead of hot, but that honestly could have been my mistake too since I’m dealing with allergies and was a little out of it this morning. Oscar is awesome! Customer service is on point! Definate asset, a pro in his craft. Would be a great choice for your traveling pro team in my opinion as a restaurant manager myself.
