The coffee and the service is always good, but this morning we went out of our way to get coffee so we could get a cute zipper pull. We got there around 9 only to be told that they were already out by 8am. That's just not right! If you are advertising a giveaway, you should have enough to get through the day. We would not have taken a 10 mile detour if we had known. Next giveaway, we're not even going to try.
Service is always on point and fast. Even though the line is long it moves super fast. All employees are super friendly.
The absolute worst service I’ve ever had here… over 30 minuets in line, We ordered 4 drinks and they didn’t get even 1 of them right. One of them was supposed to be extra chocolate… you can’t even taste ANY chocolate. One was supposed to be vanilla & Carmel.. can’t taste either in the drink. The 20 oz decaf with raspberry took FOREVER (they said the decaf wasn’t pulling) We can smell a hint of raspberry but you can’t taste any. The other 20 oz came out as a small 12 oz also decaf that wasn’t pulling …. Did we want regular?!?... read more
