I came through around 6am the other morning and Taia was working, she honestly made my whole morning better. Even that early she was so upbeat, welcoming, and genuinely kind. She took the time to talk with me and made sure I was starting my day on a good note, which is something you don’t always see that early in the morning. I think the owner of this franchise should know this; my husband and I drive through and ordered coffee on Thursday 3/12/25 before shopping at Kroger across the street. When we drove to the window to get our coffee the young man scanned our app then handed his iPad to my husband and said, see if you approve this and you can leave a tip if you want. How rude?????
