I never write reviews but after how I was treated last night I feel that I should. I went to Dutch Bros last night and it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The employee Kate was so incredibly rude. She was very impatient, made zero eye contact, had no customer service skills what so ever. When me and my friends were trying to figure out if we were going to do one more order she snapped at me and said "what?" and gave us a dirty look.
