Super nice and respectful
Ordered and paid through the app. Showed up after my pickup time to discover that 'they' were still making it.... the wrong drink.... they were still making the wrong drink. Once we all realized this, the correct drink was made, albeit it was a few ounces short of the cup's top making this an extremely expensive drink since I paid for product that I didn't receive. Looks like this location doesn't want my business anymore and I'm OK with that🤷♀️
Lazy for lack of a better word unfortunately. If you get a special drink that’s frozen you are just getting a regular. You pay extra for something and they skimp you on it. They seem like they hate doing their job.
