Lazy for lack of a better word unfortunately. If you get a special drink that’s frozen you are just getting a regular. You pay extra for something and they skimp you on it. They seem like they hate doing their job.
This was our first time coming to this location I usually love the Dutch bros on 120th and Irma. Where they actually take care of their customers. They were so damn rude one of the girls was so snobby. We get you need to zig zag through the line but when 5 new cars come into the line behind someone that’s been waiting for a really long time and they take their orders first is rude and unprofessional. This business is run by a bunch of teenagers with no respect for customer service or the surrounding neighborhood . The whole building is pure chaos starting at 10 am every evening. Kids start coming into the parking lot around ten pm every night and play loud music scream shouting fireworks engines revving. The surrounding neighborhood has had enough and we are now going to city council to figure out how to end this ridiculous nightly nightmare.
