I was very excited to get coffee on my vacation. / Birthday and was told I couldn't Get my birthday drink because I did not have the app. I was going to download the app but was told even if i did this i still couldn't get my Birthday drink. So once we were done ordering the coffee it was very watered down and the blended drink was like drinking milk instead of being thick.
