Friday evening, we arrived in Sutherlin for a family event. After being in the car driving 10 hours and getting stuck in major traffic, we wanted something cold and refreshing. I pull in to the drive thru with one car ahead of us. We wait, and a white Mustang pulls in the wait line, then the car ahead of us leaves, so we pull up to the window. My partner and child and I were driving through here a few weeks ago, making our way to the redwoods. One of the people who were working outside, taking orders was extremely rude to me. She told me that I should’ve went to the other line and pointed out a sign that had fallen over, that was not able to be read. She made me wait and took other people‘s orders before me because I wasn’t in the line that she wanted me to be in.
