Low staff and unsanitary location. The 2 bariatas working there were overwhelmed . Pls dutch bros this is a busy location so provide more staff to avoid long wait times and to prevent mistake orders.
Employees complaining about how bad their day is. The whole line very slow. Refused to pour the coffee into a personal cup. Hope the day gets better. I won't be back. Coffee was correct and hot.
Went there this morning and bought kicker freezes with chocolate drizzle. Tasted like some kind of Lemon cleaner in them. Burning sensation in mouth and throat. Dumped them out. First bad experience at this stand. Big waste of $15.
We just bought two kicker freezes about an hour ago and they seem to have something strange in them, like maybe perfume. They made our mouth and throats sore and we dumped out both drinks.
