Coffee is always good at Dutch Bros! We went super early but staff was very enthusiastic, way to get the day going! Overall my order is always an annihilator and of course free non dairy substitutions are a perk!
I was waiting in a long line, the workers come out to start taking orders which is great but I came before 3 of the cars that were waiting with me and they took their orders before mine so I had to wait even longer, and when my order got taken she was very short with me.
Waited nearly an HOUR in line for there merch drop on 07/16 which was supposed to start at 5pm I got there at exactly 5pm get my one drink at the drive thru window to be told they gave everything away at 9am that morning like they weren’t supposed
