I've now been to a Dutch Bros in 7 states. Every experience is wonderful. Quality control and consistency means every drink tastes exactly the same, from coast to coast. Staff are universally friendly and attentive. Love Dutch Bros!
We get our coffee from here everyday. 🤌The usual!😉 We appreciate everyone there and almost everyone has our drinks memorized. Love seeing their faces every morning! Kat and Nate are absolutely awesome and welcome us like good friends. As does everyone else. This is my usual location I go to but lately they’ve been slacking on a lot. I go during hours they aren’t as busy so I expect my orders to be correct, my lids to be on securely and not to have liquid all over my cups. Today was the last straw. An employee sat and talked to another customer in front of me while waiting in the drive thru. The obviously knew one another.
