Ive tried to give this location several chances. They lack a sense of urgency. We did the order ahead at the pickup window and our drinks were not even a thought. While at the pickup wondow, another lady had to remind them she was still waiting for her drink and 2 girls that were there before us had to inquire where their drinks were as well. I wont be going back to that location.

ordered on the app said it would be ready at 11:52 wasn’t ready until 12:05 and was ignored by the workers when i asked an uddate

So I've come to this particular location 2 times, but this interaction left a unfortunate negative impact. So, it's maybe 20 - 25 minutes before the stores closes and all i wanted was a plain strawberry lemonade. Now granted ive been food Service for 3 years and I know it can be frustrating when someone comes 30 minutes before closing, but that's not the end. I get out and start walking up to the window, keep in mind I wasn't even gonna order if they said that everything was cleaned and shut down, I would've respectfully lef... read more
