we ordered four different teas and the guy did not stir or tom tom a single one. A different girl handed us our drinks and when I questioned her she we responded with “yeah we don’t really tom tom anymore because it’s a bigger cup holder”. How does that make any sense?!
Great customer service
This is hands down the slowest Dutch bros I’ve ever been to. Every Saturday/Sunday there’s an incredibly long line and they always send out way to many people to the line to take orders but it almost feels like they re take the order at the window or they start the drink right when you pull up to the window because it’s an extreme wait
I had sn issues with an order. Mark was very helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you Mark!
