Caffeine so good it will make your eyes swell
Avid Dutch bros goer here and we pulled into the drive thru with 3 cars in front of us. We ordered 2 drinks and a cake pop. Waited a total of 35 mins in the drive thru. There was no “we apologize for the wait or anything”. Our order was not even started by the time we got to the window. The lady at the window seemed to be maybe training. When the line of cars is out in the street blocking traffic, and the other side we watched 10 cars go thru- you need to move your staff around that can manage a busy flow.
