Had a really bad experience. Got a $8 coffee, $9 with tip, on the way to work. It was terrible, so the next day I went by to ask for a replacement and they said they wouldn't cause I waited a day. They said I would have to leave my job to come back same day in order to replace drink. Ridiculous to not stand behind a $9 drink and expect me to leave my job to make it back. Horrible customer service. I've spent hundreds at this location and they absolutely don't care about their customers.
Love Dutch Bros. They are all pretty fast and love the coffee and the staff. Great atmosphere. Highly recommend over Starbucks 10/10
Very friendly staff and honestly, I have nothing bad to say about this place. I’m a regular customer who comes here 5 to 6 times every week and I’m satisfied every visit.. Thank you all for everything that you do. God bless
