Had a really bad experience. Got a $8 coffee, $9 with tip, on the way to work. It was terrible, so the next day I went by to ask for a replacement and they said they wouldn't cause I waited a day. They said I would have to leave my job to come back same day in order to replace drink. Ridiculous to not stand behind a $9 drink and expect me to leave my job to make it back. Horrible customer service. I've spent hundreds at this location and they absolutely don't care about their customers.
