Family and friends can walk up chat a few minutes, order and leave while your online order that should've been ready 18 minutes ago still isn't ready. Unsure why it takes almost 30 minutes to make one drink, that was pre-ordered. Wish there was a different location or better organizational skills at this location, because I love their coffee but the customer service has got me looking for a new coffee place.
To the beautiful queen who works here I don’t think she gets enough praise and honestly, she deserves a raise for the amazing work she does! I used to come here daily for months, but after losing a family member I stopped coming. When I finally came back months later, she screamed my name with so much excitement and joy.
