I love dutch bros but this location in particular always has me waiting forever , most the time I just drive right past instead of stopping. Young lady at the window just hangs out of it and talks to her friends ,one day I had to ask for her coworker to have them go park and finish their conversation so I could get to work. Lacks professionalism, and competency my drink is always wrong. It's coffee with a positive vibe. They offer WAY more sugar free options than the mainstream place...and the Broista's are super chill and friendly!
They tried to hand us someone else's order, we let them know (before they tried to hand it out the window) was not ours. Much bigger order then ours. The person at the window through a fit and slammed our 4 drink order out the door. We asked which one was the "coffee" said, " are you stupid!! The ine that smells like coffee" We said, have a better day. She yelled, go away!!!!. Not going back. And to say this. Thier coffee and drinks are some of the best, but this transaction ends our time coming back.
