Muy buena atención
I’ve ordered ahead multiple times and when I arrive I’m told my drink will be brought out to me. I end up waiting in line and when I get to the window my drink is melted. This has happened multiple times. The employees will ask me if I want a new drink but I’ve already waited 20mins. I understand that issues will happen every once in a while but this has happened to me multiple times. I don’t have these issues when I go to the Tucson locations so maybe it’s just the people in Sierra vista.
Great customer service! The Broistas are all so nice and friendly. I like that they get to know their customers and their orders. They even learned my favorite color and now always give me a green straw.
Everyone has a great personality, always greeted with smiles, and when time permitted, we could share stories and get to know each other. This is the best Dutch Brothers coffee shop we have been to in Arizona, and we will always be back! We get treated like we’re part of the family of staff members every time we stop. We can’t help but love everyone there!
