Anytime I come to dutch bros I absolutely love when Nicky is working and is the one who makes my coffee as I feel she is the only one who makes it right anymore 🥹. Along with she is always super friendly and always has a positive attitude !
I've been coming here for almost 4 years and have always had great and friendly service. My only issue lately is that the drink I often order has been made very inconsistently and it's making me wonder if the newer employees aren't fully reading my entire order or if they just don't know the whole menu. I order a hopscotch mocha and often get what tastes more like a light latte which I don't like at all; and I feel guilty if I constantly have to ask for it to be remade.
