I usually have a great experience here. It this morning @525am. It was a drop. I know the barista’s work hard and I give them grace. But I bought 6 drinks, she only gave me 4 keychains. I asked about the five from what the app says and she said ONLY 4, sort of rude. My drinks were wrong, had to have them fixed. They drip is supposed to be different items, I said these are the same? Im a little upset. I ordered a white chocolate lavender cold brew. Doesn't taste like there any lavender and there is no cream. This is the first time it's happened im just a little sad that it did happen
Stood at the windows waiting to be tended for 10 minutes while the worker spoke to a different costumer at the the drive thru windows about a "breakup" really unprofessional
