Every time I order any of their variations of the tea drinks it always tastes watered down. There wasn’t a long line today(3/4/26 2pm) and from the quality of the drinks and the amount of time we waited for them, it became obvious that the crew5 people) still struggled to complete 2 drinks in an efficient time. I don’t think handing out stickers fixes any of the issues. Every time I show up it just seems like they need adult supervision just to do the bare minimum.
I went to pick up my order and was told it wasn’t showing on their screen. I showed my confirmation as proof that I had already paid, but they refused to honor it and said it wasn’t sufficient. Instead of trying to resolve the issue on their end, they made me pay for a new drink and told me to request a refund myself through the online portal. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I did everything correctly and still had to pay twice because of what seemed like a system issue on their end.
I had a great experience at this Dutch Bros today! Jarred took my order and he was absolutely fantastic. He was very welcoming, had a huge smile on his face, and gave me some excellent recommendations. It’s rare to find such genuine customer service these days. Thanks, Jarred.

Super disappointing because I’d rather Dutch than Starbucks but at this point, I think I should just make my switch back every time I order a drink it is made super sloppy disgusting and a waste of money. Ask for Boba. Lucky if you get one the girls are rude, not friendly specially at the window.
