Waiting over 30 min a drive thru for drinks that were placed to order it advance is crazy!! How are there over 5 employees but each car is taking 5-8 min for each order .. This is horrible.
The Customer Service at the Dutch Bros and Marysville is incredible and just amazing but the service in Yubacity is very awful. every time I order from the Marysville Dutch Brothers they always do a great job and their Customer Service is just always on point.
Having to wait in line for 30 min to come to the window and watch them just start to make my drink is insane. I chose to get up early to come here understanding there is a wait but now being late to work!! Mind you this is my 3rd time this happens!! Ya not coming back
