We stopped by Dutch Bros around 9:00 PM the other night, and even though it was incredibly busy, Emma and Rowan were amazing. They were working hard, keeping things moving, and still had smiles on their faces the entire time. What made it even better was hearing them sing Disney songs while they worked. Their positive energy was contagious and made the experience so much fun. Our drinks were fantastic, and it was refreshing to see two teenagers take so much pride in their work.
If you’re going to implement the “zig-zag” you also need to train your staff to #1 do it correctly so that people that have been there and have been waiting for 10 minutes don’t have to continue to wait because you take another sides order when I was NEXT in the so called “zig-zag”. Dutch brothers lines are always a hot mess it’s never in any sort of order or rhyme or reason.
