Hands down some of best customer service experiences I've ever had, let alone at such a busy establishment, have been at this location! Alyssa has been extremely friendly and personable, and made my friends and I feel so well taken care of. She made our drive-thru experience a 10/10 despite there being a line; she took time to explain menu items to us without making us feel rushed at all. Be cautious when you order ahead. Everytime I’ve ordered ahead they always forget about it. Today was the last straw. I was waiting for 20 minutes after I checked in at the front (I checked in at the time my order was ready at) and they told me it wasn’t ready yet. So I waited. By the front. Where they can see me. Great drinks and great customer service. Number 1 on how fast they get the line down. Never wait more then 5 minutes for my drinks when I go.
Best location and customer service! I've been to 4 other locations In socal and none can seem to beat the efficiency, customer service and quality of the drinks this location offers! At other locations it took us 30+ minutes to get through lines while this location gets me ordered and out within 10 minutes. They offer great suggestions and top tier customer service. This team really has it down and the drinks are always phenomenal!
