It was my first time at Dutch Bros, so I honestly didn’t know how to order or what to expect. When I got there, I let the employee know it was my first time and asked if they had a menu. She told me to look at the app, and when I explained that I didn’t have the app, she told me I would have to go online. The way she responded came across as very rude and unwelcoming. I had a yummy pumpkin latte with oat milk. I'm glad I gave this place another try. I went to another one over by Magnolia that gave me regular milk and it made me so sick. But I'm a fall lover so of course I had to try the only place that has pumpkin yet! Delicious drink, but crazy busy and super long line. Ordered the drink ahead of time and it still took like 40 mins 🙃 Also there's no indoor seating just pick up or drive through which is strange and kinda inconvenient.

First it’s a confuse parking lot people arriving last are first and holding the line then the person who took the order got the wrong order wasting 15 min already and last even at the window they remade my order caramel brûlée pumpkin and where’s the pumpkin flavor , very disappointing experience. Sorry
