I'm Dutch fab service always here ....
Love the customer service but I really dislike the way their drive-thru is managed. Many times when I arrive first and wait for someone to take my order, one or two cars on the other lane get their orders taken before me, even though they arrived after!!? The employees don’t seem to pay attention to who was there first, which makes the process feel unfair and inconsistent!
Absolute disaster. You wait 45 min for a drink??? Like how does that even happen. In n out lines are faster than this.
