Do not understand the point in having a pickup window for your order, if you are still going to take all the cars in the drive through line before you prep the order. Additionally- dutch bros needs to get better at communicating when they are out of and no longer doing their promo items.

The staff was super friendly and kind. They shouldn't be allowed to call this place a coffee shop. I'd never been and probably should have left when I saw all the sugary menu items. Ordered a latte that tasted like it had been made using a sweaty gym sock. So, if you're looking for coffee, go somewhere else. If you want a caffeinated sugar bomb, this is the place. You can get them on the rocks or blended.
