I’ve been more than once. Preordering doesn’t matter. I anticipate waiting 10-15 minutes for 1 beverage. Very inefficient if you come for your preorder pick up.

Lizza who prepared my coffee for me this morning did an Amazing job! She was working alone with a long line and pick-up window and was still in good spirits!
