I live in Manor & I have been a regular customer at this Dutch Bros location since it opened. Lately the service has been terrible. The last 3 orders I have purchased on 3 separate visits have been wrong. I understand mistakes can be made but it’s the response that bothers me. Today really was the last straw. I submit my order on the app and walk up to the window to get it. The order is wrong. I showed the young lady my order & what shouldn’t have been on it. Best customer service ever. Best group of employees. I can’t stay away
This morning I was disappointed with the young lady at the window. My order was incorrect and after redoing it, I said thank you. Didn’t get a response back only an attitude face from the girl.
