This place is usually really good. Today I ordered ahead & there was no line or anyone waiting at the pickup window. One of the staff was going to make it. Until another staff member said I got it. As he was going to start someone walked up. He started taking their order & then someone else walked up & then another person. I never got my drink. Not even an apology or anything.
The girls are such a vibe!!! Great customer service!!! Thank you for being awesome ❤️
Was in drive thru line on the left side was here first waiting for my order to be taking the person taking orders decides to go and start taking orders on the right side than takes mine last I’m definitely going to Harlingen now this San Benito Ditch Bros always get my order wrong they put caramel in my drink when the drink doesn’t even have caramel in it nor do I ask for caramel
