Rude and dishonest. Also won't give out used Coffee Grounds (which is their right), abd blames it on Corporate Policy. It's not Corporate Policy (Another lie..). It's store policy.

Everyone is always super sweet and kind, I've been here multiple times and have never had a problem.
I ordered 9/11 probably the second time Ive been there and I get the exact same flavor drink it's burnt coffee flavored and ice water I think they forget to put the Irish cream in it but it's probably the one of the worst drinks I've ever had. I'm literally eating a Hershey's bar just to be able to drink my drink sitting in my car waiting for my daughter at dance extremely bitter flavor
