Just came through on a thursday morning the absolute sweetest girls ever! so bubbly and energetic 🥹🥹💘 love dutch bros
I love Dutch Bros overall, however this location seems off. Customer service isn’t as great here and I go to a lot of different Dutch Bros locations. For instance, their trash can outside is closed so we couldn’t put any trash that we had from the extra container cup they gave us. I mentioned to the staff to take the extra cup because the trash can is closed. They said they can’t take it. Instead they told us to take the trash that they originally gave us an extra cup with us. That makes no sense.
Fahima is such a sweetheart! My partner and I had never been to a Dutch bros so she very patiently answered our questions, gave us recommendations, and had such wonderful customer service. While I think I prefer other places’ drinks more, this was the best customer service I’ve had in awhile. Thank you, Fahima, for not rushing us and for being so kind. You made our day!
oh my gosh, i came today at 11:10 after class at the STEAM center with my friend, oh my gosh the dude who took our orders, LOVE HIM SO MUCH!! He made me and my friend laugh so much, love him lots definitely coming back more often :3
