I usually get an iced coffee and an iced water. I get a ice water to fill my 40 oz Tumbler so I have water throughout my deliveries and today marks the fourth time the same girl in the morning afternoon shift puts the water in a hot drink cup instead of a iced drink cup, so I was shortchanged on water and ice … it’s like she doesn’t pay attention .
