Your drive thru is horrific. Why can’t you have a separate lane for mobile orders? Also, what’s wrong with having a microphone at the start of the drive thru so cars won’t back up? I’m never going back again and wasting 15 mins for a coffee!!!
Don't know what it is about this location but most of the people who work here are extremely rude and act like they hate their job. They're always playing LOUD music, and most of the time it is inappropriate music. This location was the first location I had ever been too, I almost thought the rudeness was apart of their brand.
