Waited over 20 minutes in drive thru, literally without moving. Got out of my car and walked up to the window. Was told the line will move soon, she had to activate a bunch of gift cards. Somehow in the 20 plus mins it took to activate gift cards, people in front were still waiting on their orders.
Awful service. Order a drink with lite ice and get a medium LOADED with ice. Easily the worst Dutch Bros I’ve been to in the Valley. More chit chat than production
