The drinks are great! The service is appropriate, but seems extreme to suggest a 20% tip. I don’t like feeling pressured to tip when I’m driving through and just picking up a drink.
Tried giving Dutch Bros another shot today and honestly… rough experience. The girl taking our order acted annoyed the second we politely asked her to repeat the order back because she never confirmed it in the first place. She gave this weird laugh like we were inconveniencing her for wanting accuracy. She honestly seemed like she hated her life and job, which really showed in the way she interacted with customers. Dutch never misses, especially the one on Golf Links and Harrison. My drink is always picture perfect and tastes just as good.
Love this place but the last few times my go to 'golden ice eagle chai' has been too sweet! It becomes undrinkable. I had to add black coffee from home to balance it. And it was still to sweet. But everyone was awesome.
