Ordered ahead on the app. I live in a different city and the order auto-placed for my home shop, but I changed it to this one…and it cost more. Welp, Dallas is expensive. Ok. I pull to the drive thru and the girl who came out said they were working on y drink. I get up there and she’s pouring milk into the pitcher for my mocha. In my town, a mocha is made with chocolate milk. And then, she pours a ton of ice in the cup, then ice into the pitcher and then into my cup again. She hands it to me. I have been coming to the Dutch Bros for over a year, the staff is so nice and they always ask me about my son and my dog. Well today I passed the exit and whipped around to come grab a rebel for some energy because I’m moving to Oklahoma. They were so sweet and so kind that I literally had tears in my eyes saying goodbye.
I wish I could leave 0 reviews. I placed a order thru my app and arrived in time. While waiting to the walk up windows 2 other people walked up and order at the windows. They were served before me and I was still waiting. I just got a refund and left. I see its still alive in this country. And I was a faithful customer.
