This was my first time at Dutch Bros and the lady who took my order was so sweet and so nice! She helped guide me on what to order and comped me on my first drink. Superior customer service! I will definitely come back to this location.
Line is too long and take forever to move
I don’t know what it is, but this particular location is super slow and can never get my drink, right
I had an extremely frustrating experience at Dutch Bros. We ordered four drinks, including two Hot Golden Eagles (extra hot with cinnamon) and two Rebels. From the moment we pulled up to the window, we were completely ignored—no greeting, no acknowledgment, nothing.
