I just got back from there and I was drinking my drink and I found a hair in my drink. I am seriously disappointed and discussed.
While the service is always really nice, this has got to be the SLOWEST and most INEFFICIENT way to get a coffee/tea. I just sat in line for over 30 minutes for one drink, and that is just absolutely ridiculous. Even during off times like the evening I’ve sat 15+ minutes. You get trapped in the drive through too so if you don’t want to wait you just get stuck. I don’t understand why it takes so long when most other drive through coffee spots are extremely efficient.
