My daily morning stop before work until today. Girl at the window got out of bed on the wrong side I guess. I asked for my drink with no ice and I know if you have it topped of theres an extra charge. She just said "its going to be $3 extra." Which i said for no ice? I dont need it topped, i have a full stanley with ice." Another girl (super nice) made my drinks and brought them and asked if I needed toppers. Waited in line for almost 30 minutes :( Possibly understaffed? The Girl who took my order was very nice & My drink was so good :)
Normally, I have nothing but good things to say about Dutch Brothers. But today it was absolutely ridiculous having to listen to inappropriate music over the loud speaker. Ice cube: it was a good day. Most might think that it’s harmless, I used to like this song. But I don’t think that it’s appropriate for a drive-through where children are listening to it and asking what a Jimmy is. Get for real be professional.
My family and I frequent this place; the service is very fast and the staff is friendly. They only made a mistake once with my dulce de leche chai latte—which is what I always order, with real strawberries; we love it! They are always helpful—thank you!
